Mixing barrel, suspended at the ends of the driving and driven shafts via two Y-type universal joints, with the two universal joints intersecting and perpendicular to each other in space. When the driving shaft is rotated, the universal joints cause the barrel to perform a cyclical composite motion in space, including translation, rotation, and tumbling. The materials inside the barrel undergo a three-dimensional composite motion in axial, radial, and circumferential directions. The various materials within the barrel flow, diffuse, and mix with each other, ultimately achieving a uniform state. This machine is a high-efficiency mixing device, suitable for achieving high uniformity in mixing powdered materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, light industry, machinery, electronics, mining and metallurgy, national defense, and scientific research institutions.
During the mixing process, the materials are not subjected to centrifugal force, and there is no segregation, stratification, or accumulation caused by differences in specific gravity. Components can be uniformly mixed even under significantly disparate weight ratios, achieving a mixing rate of over 99.9%.
High loading coefficient, reaching up to 80% (compared to only about 40% for ordinary mixers), and short mixing time make it an ideal product among various mixers currently available.
The equipment has a compact structure, with stepless speed regulation (via frequency conversion or electromagnetic speed regulation) for the transmission, making operation very convenient.
The barrel features smooth arc transitions throughout and is precision-polished to meet GMP requirements.
