·Working Principle

Inside the internal mixer, two rotors rotate relative to each other at a certain speed ratio, clamping the material from the feeding port and bringing it into the roll gap, where it is subjected to extrusion and shearing by the rotors. After passing through the roll gap, the material hits the "W"-shaped sharp edge of the mixing chamber and is divided into two parts.
