Mainly applicable for the crushing and processing of medium to low hardness materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food (e.g., ginger, chili, pepper, lettuce, soybeans, sugar, star anise, cinnamon). The fineness can be adjusted between 10 and 120 mesh. It features high output, fine particle size, low noise, low energy consumption, simple maintenance, and easy installation. It is especially suitable for crushing and processing low-hardness materials such as oily, sticky, heat-sensitive, and fibrous substances.

II. Structure and Working Principle:
1. Structure: The FL air-cooled pulverizer is mainly composed of components such as the casing, door, turbine, main shaft, screen mesh, pulley, and motor.

2. Working Principle:

When the pulverizer is in operation, the motor drives the main shaft and the cutter disc to rotate at high speed. The cutter disc and the grinding blocks on the screen ring form a crushing and grinding pair. As the material enters the chamber from the feed hopper, it undergoes intense friction and strong impact against the inner sides of the cutter disc blades under the rotating airflow of the cutter disc, and is further ground in the gaps between the blades and the grinding blocks. While crushing the material, the cutter disc draws in a large amount of air, which serves to cool the machine, grind the material, and transport fine particles. The fineness of the crushed material depends on the nature of the material, the size of the screen mesh, and the throughput of material and air.
The bearing components of the crusher are equipped with specially designed labyrinth seals, which effectively prevent dust from entering the bearing chamber, thereby extending the service life of the bearings. The machine door is fitted with a silicone rubber sealing ring, ensuring no dust leakage to contaminate the operating environment.
III. Features:
1. Strong crushing capacity, low energy consumption, and relatively fine product size.
2. Large crushing space: The high-intensity wind pressure generated during the operation of the cutter head not only enhances production capacity and reduces over-crushing, but also effectively prevents material deposition and clogging of the screen mesh during the crushing process.
3. Due to enhanced shearing, its crushing capability for fibrous materials is higher than that of ordinary equipment.
4. The screen mesh is easy to install and reliably positioned, all using a plug-in design. Its service life is significantly longer compared to the ring screen type.
5. Design a built-in motor to lower the machine's center of gravity, effectively reducing equipment noise.
