This machine is primarily used for crushing materials such as animal and plant fibers.

II. Performance Features:
This machine is primarily used for the relatively high-speed movement between the rotating cutter disc and the ring gear, enabling fibers to be sheared and pulverized. The rotating cutter disc features three different tool configurations for coarse, medium, and fine crushing. The crushed final product is obtained through cyclone separation, while over-crushed dust is recovered via bag filtration.

This machine is made of stainless steel, with water cooling devices installed at the bearings and the classification section of the crushing chamber. The toothed ring is designed in an arc-shaped serrated spiral form. It allows continuous discharge, with no dust emission during the production process, meeting GMP requirements.
