Given the reaction characteristics of certain reactants, which require longer residence times and comparable pipeline dimensions, when configuring a single-line reaction system or a pilot skid-mounted system, it is necessary to design a single-line reactor as a matrix reactor for system integration. The single-line reactor adopts an integrated baffle tube box, where the reaction tubes are connected in series within the reactor. Catalysts can be loaded at the nodes of the baffle tube box, which is detachable, allowing the reaction tubes to be cleared and the catalytic materials to be replaced. Additionally, the single-line tangential flow ensures that the reaction fluid maintains a constant ascending angle, moving in a spiral tangential trajectory. The single-line axial flow enables the fluid to undergo forward reaction in a vortex-like, plug-flow manner. The single-line internal turbulence facilitates passive mixing and enhanced mass transfer of the reaction fluid.
