Gray floating beads

Floating beadsIt is a type of hollow fly ash sphere that can float on water, appearing grayish-white with thin walls and a hollow interior. It is very lightweight, with a bulk density of 720 kg/m³ (heavy) and 418.8 kg/m³ (light), and a particle size of approximately 0.1 mm. The surface is sealed and smooth, with low thermal conductivity and a fire resistance of ≥1610°C. It is an excellent thermal insulation and refractory material, used in the production of lightweight castables and in petroleum drilling. The chemical composition of cenospheres is primarily silicon dioxide and aluminum oxide, featuring fine particles, hollow structure, lightweight, thermal insulation, and flame retardancy. It is one of the raw materials used in the refractory industry.
