Yuanjiang Brand - Zinc Oxide 99.7%Uses: Zinc oxide is used as a white pigment in printing and dyeing, papermaking, match manufacturing, and the pharmaceutical industry. In the rubber industry, it serves as a vulcanization activator, reinforcing agent, and coloring agent for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and latex. It is also used in the production of pigments such as zinc chrome yellow, zinc acetate, zinc carbonate, and zinc chloride. Additionally, it is applied in the manufacturing of electronic laser materials, phosphors, feed additives, catalysts, and magnetic materials.

Method: Indirect method: Heat zinc ingots to 1000°C, melt and vaporize them, introduce hot air for oxidation to generate zinc oxide, then cool and separate using a cyclone, and collect fine particles with a bag filter. This yields the finished zinc oxide product.
