White corundum micro powder is made from high-quality aluminum oxide powder, which is smelted at temperatures exceeding 2,000 degrees Celsius in an electric arc furnace and then cooled. It is subsequently crushed, shaped, subjected to magnetic separation to remove iron, and sieved into various particle sizes. This material features a dense structure, high hardness, angular particle shapes, high purity, good self-sharpening properties, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, high-temperature resistance, strong cutting ability, excellent chemical stability, and good insulation. Its hardness is slightly higher than that of brown corundum, with slightly lower toughness, but it offers strong grinding capability, low heat generation, and high efficiency.
