Inspection: Before use, check whether all feet of the crusher are fully in contact with the ground and stable; whether the locking bolts are tightened; whether the crusher filter screen is intact; and whether all connecting parts are secure. Only after confirming that everything is normal can the equipment be used; otherwise, it should be repaired or reported. 2. Startup (1) Close the power distribution box, and the indicator light will illuminate. Press the button to start the crusher. (2) Monitor the crusher's current and operating sound. If any abnormality occurs, stop the machine immediately for inspection. 3. Feeding (1) Only feed material after confirming that the crusher is operating normally. When feeding, first pour the material into the hopper, then gently push it into the crusher with a shovel. The material should not be too large or coarse. (2) Place the crushed fine material into a transfer bucket. Once the bucket is full, immediately cover it with the inner and outer plastic lids to prevent the material from absorbing moisture.
