When starting up, first continuously introduce inert gas to displace the air within the system until the entire system reaches the safety value set by the oxygen content detector. Then, activate the feeding device to uniformly add raw materials from the hopper into the main machine. The compressed inert gas is ejected at high speed through specially designed and optimized nozzles. The materials are accelerated by the expanded and cooled supersonic jet stream, and at the intersection of the nozzles (the central grinding zone of the milling chamber), they are crushed through mutual impact and collision. The crushed materials rise with the upward airflow into the classification zone. Only fine particles that meet the required particle size can pass through the classification wheel and be collected by the cyclone separator and collector. Coarse particles return to the crushing zone for further grinding, while the inert gas is treated through a filter and then returned to the system for recycling.
