FJJ Series Horizontal Turbo Classifier
After the material is fed into the main machine via the feeding system, coarse and fine powders are separated under the action of a strong classifying vortex force. Fine powders that meet the particle size requirements can pass through the horizontal classifying wheel and enter the fine powder collection system. Coarse powders and a small amount of agglomerated fine powders descend to the secondary air inlet, where the coarse powder disperser generates a spiral centrifugal upward airflow to strongly wash the material, achieving separation of coarse and fine powders. Fine powders rise with the upward airflow into the classifying zone, while coarse powders descend to the primary air inlet to undergo another strong washing by the primary air inlet airflow. The purified coarse powders are then discharged through the electric discharge valve located beneath the main machine.
