After the material enters the classifier through the feed port of the feeding mechanism, it is evenly distributed by the distribution disc on the vertical classifying wheel and thrown into the baffle ring, then falls into the classification zone. The classifying air enters the spiral air chamber and flows radially into the classifying wheel through the guide disc blades. Fine powders meeting the particle size requirements are separated in the classification zone under the action of gravity. The fine powders flow at high speed together with the classifying air and enter the fine powder collection system, where they are separated from the classifying air. The coarse powders fall to the lower part of the classifier and are discharged through the electric discharge valve with an air seal.
