Application direction:

1、Plastics Sector:

（1) Modification of PET beverage bottles: a) Lowering the thermoplastic forming temperature, saving 30% energy; b) Masking yellowish light, improving product brightness and transparency; c) Increasing the heat distortion temperature for use as beverage bottles, facilitating high-temperature filling.

（2) Used for PET beer bottles: The product maintains the colorless and transparent appearance of PET bottles while improving gas barrier performance by more than 10 times, with an addition ratio of only one-thousandth.

（3) Reinforcement of PET engineering plastics: Dispersing a small amount of nano-titanium nitride powder into PET engineering plastics can significantly accelerate the crystallization rate of PET engineering plastics, simplifying the molding process and enhancing the overall strength of the plastic. Additionally, the nano-effect can greatly improve the wear resistance and impact resistance of PET engineering plastics.

7. Liquid crystal panel: Titanium nitride, with its high melting point and corrosion resistance, is used in liquid crystal panels to replace wires in areas that have experienced electrical corrosion, effectively preventing line breakage and peeling.
