DW Series Low-Temperature Belt Dryer
Overview
The material to be processed is fed onto a conveyor belt through appropriate forming, granulation, or feeding methods. The conveyor belt passes through a channel composed of one or more heating units, each equipped with an air heating and circulation system. Each channel has one or more dehumidification systems. As the conveyor belt moves, hot air passes through the material on the belt either from top to bottom or from bottom to top, ensuring uniform drying of the material. This machine is a continuous drying equipment, capable of infinitely variable control of the belt speed to regulate the material's residence time, making it suitable for low-temperature drying with heat pumps. Depending on the process and site conditions, the belt dryer can be designed as a single-layer or multi-layer system.
Characteristics
1. Hot air passes through the material layer from bottom to top and from top to bottom, increasing the contact area between the material and hot air, thereby improving the drying speed.
2. The unique internal air supply device not only increases the relative speed between the material and hot air, enhancing the drying rate, but also ensures uniform and consistent drying of the material.
3. It adopts a fully enclosed structure, with no external air ducts except for the moisture exhaust duct, thereby ensuring that the materials are not contaminated, improving thermal efficiency, and enhancing working conditions.
4. All parts of the dryer can be easily accessed, facilitating the cleaning of the interior of the main unit.
5. It can effectively control the mesh belt speed to ensure the final moisture content of the dried material.
