Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)DWWorking Principle of Series Belt Dryer:
The material is evenly spread onto the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt, made of 12 to 60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, is driven by a transmission device to move within the dryer. The dryer consists of several units, each with an independent hot air circulation system. A portion of the exhaust gas is discharged by a dedicated moisture removal fan, and the exhaust from each unit is controlled by an adjustment valve. Hot air passes through the material-laden mesh belt either from top to bottom or from bottom to top, completing the process of heat and mass transfer while removing moisture from the material. The mesh belt moves slowly, and its speed can be freely adjusted based on the material temperature. The dried product continuously falls into a collection device. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly configured according to user requirements, and the number of units can also be selected as needed.
