Product Introduction
Tantalum nitride is a chemical material with the molecular formula TaN and a molecular weight of 194.95. Tantalum nitride is a black hexagonal crystal. Its relative density is 13.4, melting point is 3090°C, microhardness is 1100 kg/mm², thermal conductivity is 9.54 W/(m·K), and electrical resistivity is 128 μΩ·cm.

Product Applications
1. The material used to manufacture precision thin-film resistors, tantalum nitride resistors, can resist moisture erosion.
2. Used as an additive for ultra-hard materials, it can produce pure tantalum pentachloride: applied in spraying to enhance the electrical stability of transformers, integrated circuits, and diodes.

Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in inert gas-filled plastic bags and should be stored sealed in a dry, cool environment. It should not be exposed to air to prevent moisture-induced oxidative agglomeration, which may affect dispersion performance and usage effectiveness. Packaging quantities can be provided according to customer requirements, with sub-packaging available.
