The equipment adopts a conduction heating method, consisting of two intermeshing blade shafts, a W-shaped housing base with a jacket, and a transmission part. The entire drying process of the sludge is carried out in a sealed state, where volatile organic compound odors and moisture are sent to the exhaust gas treatment device via an induced draft system in a closed environment, thereby avoiding environmental pollution. The heating medium is typically steam or thermal oil. The heating medium is divided into two paths, entering the jacket of the dryer housing and the inner cavity of the blades respectively, heating both the machine cavity and the blade shafts simultaneously, and drying the sludge through conduction heating. After the sludge enters the machine cavity, it is turned and stirred by the rotation of the blades, continuously renewing the heating interface and fully contacting the heated body and blades, thereby causing a large amount of moisture to evaporate from the sludge. At the same time, the sludge is conveyed toward the discharge outlet with the rotation of the blade shafts, and finally, the uniformly dried sludge is discharged through the outlet.
