Hot air enters the stirring and crushing drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer through the inlet pipe at an appropriate spouting velocity, exerting strong shearing, floating, and rotating effects on the material. As a result, the material undergoes centrifugation, shearing, collision, and friction, leading to micronization, which enhances mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, larger and wetter particle clusters are mechanically broken down by the action of the stirrer. Particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are carried upward by the rotating airflow, undergoing further drying during the ascent. Due to the rotational flow of the gas-solid two-phase system, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, resulting in a relatively high relative velocity between the solid and gas phases. This enhances mass and heat transfer between the two phases, thereby giving the machine a high production intensity.
