1. Product Structure
The XSG Rotary Flash Dryer (as shown in Figure 1) is composed of key components including the main drying unit, feeder, heat source device (hot air furnace or steam pipeline), air filter, blower, cyclone separator, bag filter, and induced draft fan. The main drying unit is equipped with a rotary cutting device, which cuts and crushes filter cake-like pseudo-agglomerated materials as well as large particles. As the rotary cutting device operates, the material to be dried is rotated into a powder-like state, accelerating the evaporation of moisture from the wet material and improving drying efficiency.
2. Working Principle
During the operation of the XSG rotary flash dryer, the material to be dried enters the drying chamber of the main drying unit through the feeder and rotates together with the rotating device. Filtered air is sent to the hot air furnace by the blower, and the hot air enters the drying chamber under the action of the induced draft fan to exchange heat with the wet material. The dried material passes through the classifier into the cyclone separator for collection. The dust-laden material is carried by the induced draft into the bag filter, where the dust is captured by the filter bags set in the dust collector. After pulse dust collection, the moist hot air is discharged out of the machine by the induced draft fan, thus completing the entire drying process.
