Coal-Based Activated Carbon Rotary Flash Dryer

The XSG system spin flash dryer equipment is a practical new **product** independently developed and designed by our company, based on the digestion and absorption of advanced foreign technologies by Haomai Drying, combined with the actual drying conditions in China.

Hot air enters the flash drying main tower tangentially from the bottom air inlet, forming a spiraling upward high-speed rotating airflow inside the main tower. At the same time, the size of the bottom annular gap is adjusted according to the properties of different materials to keep the wind speed in an **appropriate state**. The material is directly fed into the drying tower via a screw feeder, where it is rapidly dispersed and driven into high-speed rotational motion under the impact and drag of the high-speed airflow. For larger and moist particle agglomerates that the high-speed airflow cannot sufficiently break apart or set into high-speed rotation, they gradually descend under gravity. Upon reaching the bottom of the main tower, they are forcibly broken down and micronized by a crushing device installed at the bottom, then rise together with the high-speed rotating airflow to complete the drying process. To achieve an extremely low final moisture content of the material while preventing fluctuations in initial moisture from affecting product quality, multiple layers of swirling blades are installed inside the drying tower, forming a relatively stable fluidized bed. At the same time, these swirling blades also serve to ensure the necessary residence time and classification for drying.
