Operating Instructions for Disc Dryer:

I. Installation:

1. The equipment is generally shipped as a complete unit and is installed on a foundation that must be firm and reliable. Level and align it so that the spindle centerline is perpendicular to the horizontal plane.

2. Install the transmission device: Connect the power cables of the motor and speed controller. The wiring should ensure that the spindle rotates in the direction indicated by the equipment.

3. Manually turn the rake to check whether the rake blades are in good contact with the disc surface, and adjust the position of the feed scraper.

II. Power On:

1. Check whether all parts of the equipment are securely connected, whether lubrication and sealing are functioning properly, and whether there are any obstructions on the drying tray.

2. Open the steam (or other heating medium) valve and first heat the drying tray until the temperature reaches the set value.

3. Start the motor and adjust the controller to gradually increase the spindle speed to the preset value. Continuously check whether the rotation is normal and whether the rake blades move flexibly on the disc surface.

4. Check whether the particle size and moisture content of the wet material are normal, and whether the dryer feeding is uniform. Adjust the feeding amount, the temperature of the drying tray, and the spindle speed to select the **operating parameters**.

5. Control the cooling water volume to ensure the product temperature is appropriate.

6. Regularly open the inspection door to observe the operation status, take samples for analysis at scheduled intervals, and record parameters. If any abnormality is detected, stop the machine immediately and analyze the cause.
