Principle:
After being heated and purified, the air is drawn in from the bottom by an induced draft fan and passes through the perforated plate of the hopper. Inside the working chamber, fluidization is achieved through stirring and negative pressure, causing moisture to evaporate rapidly and be carried away by the exhaust, thereby quickly drying the material.
Application:
● Granules produced by mechanical screw extrusion, oscillating granulation, and wet high-speed mixing granulation.
● Drying of wet granules and powdered materials in the fields of medicine, food, feed, chemical engineering, etc.
● Materials in the form of large particles, small lumps, or sticky clumps.
● Materials such as konjac and polyacrylamide, whose volume changes during drying.
Features:
● The fluidized bed has a circular structure to avoid dead corners.
