Working principle
Clean hot air is distributed through the valve plate into the bed body. The wet material entering from the feeder is fluidized by the hot air, bouncing within the bed like boiling water, hence it is called a fluidized bed dryer (or machine). Due to the extensive contact between the hot air and the material, drying can be completed in a relatively short time. The material enters from one end of the bed, undergoes "fluidization" for several minutes to tens of minutes, and then automatically flows out from the other end of the bed.

Scope of Application
Fluid bed dryer, also known as fluidized bed, has undergone continuous improvement and enhancement since its application over 30 years ago. It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and grain processing for dehumidifying and drying powdery or granular materials, including active pharmaceutical ingredients, granular medicines, instant granules, feed, and plastic resins. The particle size of the materials can range from 0.1 to 6 mm, with an optimal range of 0.5 to 3 mm.

Installation Instructions
The fluidized bed, cyclone separator, and bag filter can be placed on a flat cement floor without the need for anchor bolts. The fan can be installed indoors or outdoors, requiring a base and anchor bolts. The layout can be adjusted as needed based on the factory conditions.
The air duct system should be airtight to avoid affecting the drying effect.

Heating method
Steam or electric heating can be used, and hot air can also be obtained directly from a fuel oil (or coal) hot air furnace.
