In a dispersion system where solid and liquid coexist and solids are the main component, the self-adhesion (or externally added adhesion) of the dispersion is utilized to cause the basic fine particles of solid powder to adhere to each other and grow through forced methods (such as extrusion, gravity, centrifugal force, mechanical force, airflow impact, etc.), forming a particle group with a certain shape and uniform, concentrated particle size. The wet granulation complete set of equipment mainly consists of mixing (kneading), granulation, drying, and their auxiliary system equipment. After mixing (kneading), the powder enters the granulator to form wet products of the required particle size, which are then dried to obtain granular finished products, thereby achieving the purpose of granulation.
