Overview
Primarily used for pre-sintering hard ferrite powder materials, it can also be applied in industries such as cement, metallurgy, and chemical engineering. The equipment consists of a main kiln with its support and transmission device, cooling tube, fuel system, electrical control, secondary air intake device, exhaust and dust removal device, and preheating kiln body. It features functions such as over-temperature alarm, overload alarm, automatic control of working temperature, and adjustable oxygen levels inside the kiln.

Principle
After the wet material is fed into one end of the dryer, it is evenly distributed and dispersed inside the inner cylinder under the agitation of uniformly arranged lifting plates. The material then comes into full contact with the parallel-flow (or counter-flow) hot air, accelerating the heat and mass transfer driving forces during the drying process. Throughout the drying process, under the influence of the inclined lifting plates and the hot airflow, the material moves in a controlled manner to the other end of the dryer, where it is discharged as finished product through a star-shaped discharge valve.

Application
Suitable for drying large-particle, high-density materials in industries such as chemical, mining, and metallurgy.
For example: ores, blast furnace slag, coal, metal powders, phosphate fertilizers, and ammonium sulfate.
Drying of powdered and granular materials with special requirements, such as: foaming agents, distiller's grains, light calcium carbonate, activated clay, magnetic powder, graphite, and medicinal residues.
