The WHCF-82 ceramic fiber board is made from corresponding grade ceramic fiber cotton, combined with inorganic binders and a small amount of organic binders, formed through vacuum molding, with a temperature resistance rating of up to 1800°C.

In some devices, a small amount of organic binder in the product may produce smoke when burned off, which is a normal phenomenon and will dissipate quickly.

Inorganic board: Can be customized according to customer needs, using entirely inorganic binders during the molding process, with no organic volatile compounds emitted during use.

Hardened Board: The product can undergo surface hardening or full hardening according to customer requirements, resulting in better strength.

Water-repellent board: The product can undergo surface waterproof treatment according to customer requirements, with a water repellency rate greater than 98%, making it suitable for certain special applications.
