Working principle:

This machine utilizes the relative motion between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc to crush materials through tooth impact, friction, and mutual impact between materials. The crushed materials automatically enter the collection bag under the action of rotational centrifugal force, while dust is filtered and recovered through the cloth bag in the dust collection box. Maintenance and Care:

1. Before each use, check whether all components are securely fastened.

2. When replacing the screen or rinsing the grinder, take care to avoid water entering the motor, electrical components, and bearings to prevent affecting their service life. Always keep the grinder clean and hygienic.

3. To extend the service life of the bearing, lubricating grease should be added in a timely manner, using 7019-1 lithium-based grease for lubrication.

4. The entire machine should be inspected once every six months. Note: Do not crush metal, extremely hard, or high-viscosity materials.
