This machine is primarily used for the crushing and processing of medium to low hardness materials in industries such as chemicals, dyes, additives, feed, food, pharmaceuticals, wood chips, chemical fibers, and non-metallic ores. The fineness can be adjusted between 20-120 mesh. It features high output, fine particle size, low noise, low energy consumption, easy maintenance, and convenient installation. It is especially suitable for the crushing and processing of non-oily, low-viscosity, heat-sensitive, and fibrous materials (e.g., Dendrobium, chili peppers, ginger, cassava chips, peanuts and soybeans, star anise, cinnamon, white sugar, salt crystals, Chinese herbal medicine, grains, tea, cosmetics, pearls, and chemical coatings) with medium to low hardness.

Working principle

This machine utilizes the high-speed relative motion between the movable disc and the fixed disc to achieve crushing through the combined effects of impact, friction between the discs, and mutual impact among the materials being crushed. The machine features a simple structure, stable operation, and excellent crushing performance. The crushed materials can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber of the main machine, and the particle size can be adjusted by replacing screens with different apertures. Additionally, the machine is made of stainless steel. The inner wall of the casing is fully machined to achieve a smooth surface, addressing the issues of rough inner walls and powder accumulation found in previous models. This ensures that the production of pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, and other products meets national standards and complies with "GMP" requirements.
