The hose spring feeder uses a flexible spiral body as the conveying component, which is directly driven to rotate by an electric motor (or driven after deceleration by a reducer) to transport materials.
Working Principle:
Suitable for conveying various materials such as powders, granules, balls, and flakes. This screw conveyor can operate in a straight line or in a curved path, offering high flexibility that allows users to conveniently arrange various equipment. The flexible spiral body is the **only** moving part of this conveyor. Regardless of the conveying distance, there are no other moving parts, such as bearings, inside the conveying tube. Therefore, the conveyor is highly reliable, requires almost no maintenance, and eliminates issues like bearing grease contaminating the conveyed materials. Another notable feature of the bendable screw conveyor is its ease of cleaning. A single person can disassemble the conveyor for cleaning in just five minutes. A single bendable screw conveyor can achieve a vertical height of up to 10 meters and a horizontal distance of up to 25 meters. By connecting multiple conveyors in series, even greater distances and heights can be achieved.
