Single-player Introduction
The micro powder mill draws on Sweden's advanced grinding technology and is a new piece of equipment tailored for ultrafine powder processing users, based on the development trends and demand conditions of the domestic mill market. It is primarily suitable for non-flammable and non-explosive materials such as calcite, calcium carbonate, dolomite, and talc, with a Mohs hardness below 7 and a moisture content below 6%.

Performance Features

Safe, reliable, and environmentally friendly.
There are no rolling bearings or screws inside the grinding chamber, eliminating issues such as bearing wear or screw loosening that could damage the equipment. An efficient pulse-jet dust collector is used, equipped with a silencer and soundproof enclosure, which reduces dust and noise pollution, achieving excellent environmental protection results.
Low investment efficiency and high costs.
Under the same finished product fineness and power consumption, the investment cost is lower than that of an air jet mill, with a shorter payback period, but the output is over 45% higher.
Low loss, high fineness
The vulnerable parts are made of high-quality wear-resistant materials, with a service life generally exceeding one year. The final fineness of the finished product can reach D97 ≤ 5μm in a single pass.


Working principle


The complete set of micro powder grinding equipment includes: hammer crusher, bucket elevator, storage bin, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, main machine, powder classifier, diffusion-type double cyclone powder collector, pulse dust collector, high-pressure blower, and silencer.
The main motor drives the spindle and each layer of the turntable to rotate through a reducer. The turntable, via pins, drives dozens of ring rollers to roll and rotate within the grinding ring raceway. Large materials are crushed into small particles by a crusher and then transported to a storage bin by an elevator. An electromagnetic vibrating feeder evenly distributes the materials to the center of the upper turntable. Under the action of centrifugal force, the materials spread toward the circular edge and fall into the grinding ring raceway, where they are crushed by the ring rollers through impact, rolling, and grinding. After being crushed in the first layer, the materials fall into the second and third layers. The suction effect of a high-pressure centrifugal fan draws external air into the machine and carries the coarse powder, which has been crushed in the third layer, into a classifier. The vortex generated by the rotating turbine inside the classifier causes coarse particles to fall back for regrinding, while fine powder flows with the airflow into a cyclone collector and is discharged through a discharge valve at its bottom as the finished product. The airflow containing a small amount of fine dust is purified by a pulse dust collector and then discharged through a fan and a silencer.
