I. Overview of LPG Series Roller Mill Products:

The roller mill, also known as the spring-type (rotating disc type) roller mill (Lopulco type), features 2-4 curved rollers that are pressed tightly against the grinding disc using pneumatic pressure. Material is fed onto the grinding disc through a sealed feeding device, where it is crushed and ground by the rollers. Airflow enters the machine from below, carrying the finely ground material upward to an airflow classifier. The coarse particles separated by the classifier are returned for further grinding, while the fine particles are discharged to dust removal and collection devices, becoming the final product.

The pressure spring of the roller adopts a pneumatic rubber spring (nationally patented), featuring no oil leakage pollution, long service life, easy maintenance, adjustable pressure, and reliable operation.

Suitable for crushing materials with a Mohs hardness below 7, achieving a fineness of 100-2500 mesh.
