1. The material being ground consists of relatively coarse solid particles placed in a ceramic mortar.
2. The bottom of the ceramic mortar is a strictly hemispherical surface, hard, wear-resistant, and very smooth. The ceramic mortar is driven by a slow-speed reduction motor to rotate on its own axis.
3. The head of the ceramic pestle is also a strictly defined hemispherical surface. The centerline of the pestle intersects with the centerline of the mortar at a relatively suitable oblique angle. The pestle extends into the mortar, and a compression spring is installed inside the pestle. Under the action of the spring, the pestle head is tightly pressed against the bottom of the mortar. The pestle is driven by a high-speed reduction motor, rotating in a trajectory similar to the conical surface of a cone.
4. The mortar and pestle, through their respective movements, create an ingenious grinding action on coarse particles.
5. Due to the grinding motion generated by the ceramic mortar and pestle, the grinding opportunities for solid particles are all equal, resulting in a very uniform particle size of the fine powder.
6. The selection of grinding time can be achieved through automated control for time setting. After a reasonable period of grinding, coarse particles are ground into very fine micropowder particles, with particle sizes reaching the micron level, and some even reaching the nanometer level.
