In the crushing chamber, under the impact of the high-speed rotating blades, the stainless steel yam crusher throws the material against the toothed ring fixed on the machine body, causing impact, shearing, as well as mutual collision, friction, and shearing between the material and the blades and the toothed ring for alternating crushing. The crushed material, under the pulling force of the negative pressure airflow, allows small powder particles to overcome their own weight and pass through the guide ring with the airflow into the classification chamber. The classification impeller is composed of blades. The high-speed rotating blades generate a centrifugal force opposite to the negative pressure. The powder particles sinking into the blade channel are simultaneously subjected to the centripetal force of the negative pressure airflow, their own weight, and the centrifugal force generated by the impeller. Among the powder particles, those larger than the critical diameter (classification particle size) are thrown back into the crushing chamber for further crushing due to their larger mass, while those smaller than the critical diameter pass through the powder discharge pipe into the cyclone collector and are discharged through the discharge valve.
