Main uses

The cellulose pulverizer consists of three main components: the main machine, auxiliary equipment, and an electrical control box. It features a compact design, a reasonable structure, and operates with an air-selection method, without screens or meshes. The machine is equipped with a classification mechanism, enabling simultaneous pulverization and classification. Negative pressure conveying ensures that the heat generated in the crushing chamber during operation is continuously discharged, making it suitable for pulverizing heat-sensitive materials. This machine has a wide range of applications, supports continuous production, and allows for adjustable output particle size. It can handle the pulverization and classification of various materials, such as chemical products, food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, dyes, resins, and shells. The machine has reached the international advanced level.

Working principle

The material enters the crushing chamber from the feed gate via a screw conveyor, where it is cut and crushed by high-speed rotating blades. The material is then transported into a cyclone separator using negative pressure pneumatic conveying. The dust from the discharged material is filtered and recovered by a dust collection box through cloth bags or filter cartridges. During the production process, there is no dust flying, which improves material utilization and reduces enterprise costs.
