Device Description:

The QT series equipment consists of three parts: the grinding tank, the mixing tank, and the circulation pump along with the piping.
First, the materials are evenly mixed in the mixing tank, and then they are transported to the grinding tank via a circulation pump. All grinding actions take place in the grinding tank. Due to the pump's operation, the ground materials are returned to the mixing tank, forming a circulation loop. This equipment has the following features:
1. The volume of the mixing tank is generally about 10 times that of the grinding tank, effectively increasing the output per batch while reducing the investment in the core grinding components (including the grinding tank, agitator, and grinding balls).
2. The grinding chamber is filled with grinding balls, resulting in extremely high grinding efficiency, more than doubling the efficiency compared to ordinary stirred mills.
3. The material enters from the bottom of the grinding chamber and exits from the top. This unique design effectively controls large particles in the material, resulting in a narrower final particle size distribution.
