Working principle

The machine uses a specially designed planetary reduction mechanism, where the screen mesh and the granulating blade rotate relative to each other. The material is squeezed and rubbed between the granulating blade and the screen cylinder, easily forming cylindrical strips through the mesh holes of the screen cylinder. These strips are then cut by the cutting blade outside the screen cylinder into uniform particles of consistent size and length. The size and length of the particles are determined by the aperture of the screen cylinder mesh and the gap between the cutting blades. This machine is suitable for granulation in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, and solid beverages. It can process mixed materials into particles of the desired size or break lumpy materials into small granules.
