The vacuum feeding machine is a new product developed and researched based on extensive absorption of similar foreign products. Currently, it is the most advanced, ideal, and perfect vacuum conveying equipment in China for powders, granules, and powder-granule mixtures. The vacuum feeding machine can automatically transport various materials to the hoppers of packaging machines, injection molding machines, crushers, and other equipment. It can also directly convey mixed materials to mixers (such as V-type mixers, two-dimensional mixers, three-dimensional mixers, etc.), reducing labor intensity for workers and solving issues like dust spillage during feeding. It is the preferred equipment for pharmaceutical factories and food factories to pass GMP certification and promote clean, civilized production.
The vacuum feeding machine consists of a vacuum pump (oil-free and water-free), a stainless steel suction nozzle, a conveying hose, a PE filter (or 316L stainless steel filter), a compressed air backflushing device, a pneumatic discharge gate device, a vacuum hopper, and an automatic material level control device. The entire system is well-designed and exquisitely manufactured.
Vacuum feeding machines are available in two types: intermittent discharge and continuous discharge. Intermittent discharge helps reduce equipment investment costs and facilitates material level control. In most cases, continuous discharge is generally used for vacuum conveying of materials over long distances and with high output.
