Product Detailed Introduction

Scope of Application:

■ This equipment is suitable for mixing, granulating, and drying powdered materials. It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, and light manufacturing, and is currently an internationally adopted granulation and drying device.

Product Features:

■ All components that come into contact with materials are made of stainless steel.

■ Sealed with silicone rubber inflatable sealing ring.

■ The particle size can be controlled by using a two-fluid spray gun.

■ Mixing, granulation, and drying are all completed within the same sealed container, ensuring fast and efficient operation while preventing dust dispersion, leakage, and contamination.

■ Elegant design, low wind resistance, no dead corners, easy to clean, and hygienic, meeting GMP requirements.

Working Principle:

■ Powdered materials are fed into a hopper (a sealed container), where the action of hot airflow causes the powder to become suspended in a fluidized state, circulating and flowing to achieve uniform mixing. Simultaneously, a mist-like binder is sprayed to moisten the powder inside the container, causing the powder to agglomerate into loose small particles. During the granulation process, the hot airflow efficiently dries the particles, continuously evaporating moisture and solidifying the powder. This process is repeated, forming ideal, uniform, porous spherical particles. The three steps—mixing, granulation, and drying—are completed in a single operation within the container, commonly referred to as "one-step granulation."
