Pneumatic Drying Equipment:Airflow drying, also known as flash drying, has been applied in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries in China since the 1960s. Since the establishment of our factory, we have adopted the most advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources to provide high-quality, cost-effective complete equipment for industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food. Over the years, through continuous improvement and enhancement, we have developed the following four major series:QSeries: Basic Type; QG Series: Fan and Disperser Combined Type;FGSeries: Exhaust gas recirculation type; JG Series: Enhanced type;
Features:High drying intensity and low equipment investment: The processing capacity of pneumatic drying equipment is **, and the evaporation capacity of the products supplied by our factory ranges from 50kg/h to 1500kg/h. With a small equipment volume and low investment, it is unmatched by other drying equipment.High degree of automation and excellent product quality: In pneumatic drying, the material is fully processed within the pipeline, with an extremely short drying time (only 0.5-2 seconds), enabling automation. The product does not come into contact with the external environment, resulting in minimal contamination and high quality.Complete Equipment Supply and Free Choice of Heat Source: Our factory supplies complete sets of airflow drying equipment. The basic model consists of an air filter, heater, feeder, drying tube, fan, and cyclone separator. Users can add a dust collector or other auxiliary equipment as needed. In terms of heating method selection, airflow drying equipment offers significant adaptability. Users can choose steam, electricity, or hot air furnace heating based on local conditions, and can also select according to the material's heat resistance temperature (or hot air temperature): at 150°C, steam heating can be used; at 200°C, electric heating (or steam heating with electric compensation, or thermal oil heating); at 300°C, a coal-fired hot air furnace; at 600°C, an oil-fired hot air furnace.
Working Principle: Wet materials are fed into the dryer together with heated natural air via a conveyor, where they are thoroughly mixed. Due to the large heat and mass transfer area, the evaporation and drying process is completed within a very short time. The dried finished product is discharged from the cyclone separator, while a small amount of fine powder is recovered and recycled by a cyclone dust collector or a bag filter. The Q-type pneumatic dryer operates under negative pressure, and the materials do not pass through the fan. The QG-type pneumatic dryer operates under positive pressure, and the materials pass through the fan, which has a crushing effect. The FG-type pneumatic dryer features exhaust gas recirculation. The JG-type pneumatic dryer is an enhanced pneumatic dryer that integrates flash drying and pneumatic drying. It is a new type of drying equipment designed by our factory based on user requirements.
Technical consultation and testing: Airflow drying is a high-capacity, high-thermal-efficiency rapid continuous instantaneous drying equipment. Although it is suitable for drying a variety of materials, due to significant differences in material properties, in order to help users select the ** drying equipment, our factory provides free technical consultation and conducts material testing.
