The Piler TMPBM Series Basket Sand Mill is a new type of ultra-fine sand mill that integrates grinding and dispersion. It is particularly suitable for small-batch, multi-variety production. Over the years, it has been successfully applied in various fields such as automotive paints, industrial paints, color pastes, coatings, inks, and pigments.

Its **characteristics are:
The rotating component of the sand mill is a single-shaft hollow shaft structure.
During operation, the stirring disc inside the basket remains stationary while the basket rotates at high speed, and the basket is filled with grinding media.
During grinding, the material circulates effectively within the cylinder as the basket rotates, achieving the purposes of grinding and dispersion.
Integrated dispersion and grinding
Two processes are realized by one process, one machine, and one container.
No need for pumps and pipes.

The PBM series basket sand mill is a batch-type sand mill that has been successfully applied in various fields such as the coating industry and pigment industry for many years.

Compared to similar basket sand mill equipment, the PBM series basket sand mill is easy to operate and clean, featuring a sealed rotating basket and concentric rotating bearings.

At the end of each batch processing, the remaining product is ejected from the rotating basket. This ensures minimal product loss. Additionally, the basket is easy to clean.

The product accelerates radially through the rotation of the basket.
The product is drawn into the basket through the gaps at the top and bottom, and is expelled through the mesh panels on the side walls of the basket.
The rotating basket drives the grinding media inside it into motion. Meanwhile, the stator within the basket decelerates the media, creating a speed differential. This results in high shear forces between the modules installed on the stator and the basket.
The product's forced circulation creates an *ideal circulating grinding operation*.
