Within the entire speed adjustment range, overload safety protection is provided, allowing positioning at any point. The mechanical transmission high-speed disperser is a wide-belt-driven mechanical disperser with an efficiency of up to 92%. The lifting of the disperser is powered by an independent hydraulic system. The disperser's cylinder is fixed by a clamping device, and the upper part can swing. It can be equipped with a scraper, operate under vacuum conditions, and includes safety protection devices and display instruments. The installed power of the PSD ranges from 7.5kW to 150kW. When used in conjunction with the PHE or PHN series horizontal sand mills, it can form a paint production line. During dispersion and stirring, minimal air entrapment occurs. Medium and high-speed stirring and dispersion ensure excellent mixing, dissolving, and homogenizing effects. Variable frequency speed control is available.
