1. MITR Liquid Nitrogen Planetary Ball Mill — an essential device for mixing, ultra-fine grinding, new product development, and small-batch production of high-tech materials in low-temperature environments. This product is compact, multifunctional, highly efficient, and low-noise, making it widely used in experimental units within the pharmaceutical, chemical, environmental protection, building materials, metallurgy, ceramics, and mineral industries that are sensitive to grinding temperatures.
1) Consistency: For the same material and process, the results from two or four grinding jars must be completely identical.
2) Repeatability: For the same material and the same process, the results of repeated ball milling must be completely consistent.
3) The working temperature of the ball mill can range from -60°C to 20°C. Liquid nitrogen is converted into gas and delivered into the chamber of the ball mill to cool the high temperature generated by the planetary operation of the ball mill jars, thereby reducing the temperature inside the jars and preventing the internal elements of the material from being damaged by high heat.
4) The fineness* can reach as low as 0.1μm.
5) High-energy grinding: rotation speed **up to 1350 (900+450) rpm**
6) Vacuum grinding: anaerobic and anhydrous grinding, with a vacuum level reaching -0.1 MPa.
