A standard vibrating sieve machine uses a vibration motor as the vibration source. The vibration of the motor drives the base of the sieve machine to vibrate, which then transmits the vibration to the standard test sieve placed on the base. This causes material particles smaller than the mesh openings of the test sieve surface to be sifted into the lower test sieve. Through this layer-by-layer screening process, each layer of the test sieve retains only material of the same particle size. This achieves the separation of different particle sizes and determines the particle size composition of the material, effectively enabling the screening, classification, and filtration of the material within the test sieve.
