Focusing System: Coaxial coarse and fine adjustment, fine adjustment scale value: 0.002mm; travel (from the focal point on the stage surface): 30mm. Coarse adjustment tension is adjustable, with locking and limiting devices.
Lighting system: Utilizes Köhler illumination, with the aperture stop and field stop adjustable via a dial for aperture size, ensuring smooth and comfortable adjustment.
