Q-100B Automatic Metallographic Sample Cutting Machine
The Q-100B Automatic Metallographic Sample Cutting Machine is composed of components such as the machine body, electrical control box, cutting chamber, motor, cooling system, and cutting abrasive wheel. This cutting machine can not only cut circular workpieces with a diameter of up to 100mm (for pipe fittings) but also rectangular samples with a height of up to 100mm and a depth of up to 200mm. It supports both manual and automatic cutting modes. The large-capacity cutting chamber makes it more convenient for operators to use, making it one of the essential sample preparation devices for metallographic experiments in universities, colleges, and industrial enterprises. This product is available in two models: desktop and floor-standing.
Control system:
This machine features a screen-display control system. The feed speed can be pre-adjusted before cutting, and the cutting depth is displayed in real time (LCD digital display). The Y-axis travel of the worktable is 200mm. Modular programming is more suitable for batch cutting and sampling, and the cutting blade automatically resets after sampling is completed. The machine adopts enclosed cutting and is equipped with safety limit switches. A transparent acrylic window allows observation during cutting.
Circulating Cooling System:
The specimen is cooled using a cooling system to prevent overheating and tissue damage during the cutting process.
Sample holder:
The double-sided clamping structure firmly secures the specimen; the main components such as the clamp jaws and worktable surface are made of stainless steel, ensuring long service life and easy maintenance.
