SQ-100 Metallographic Specimen Cutting Machine

The SQ-100 metallographic sample cutting machine is suitable for cutting general metallographic and petrographic sample materials. It utilizes the gravity of the spindle to cut samples by pulling the spindle, featuring high rotational speed, strong cutting capability, long service life, and easy maintenance. This product is available in two models: desktop and floor-standing.

Circulating Cooling System:

This machine is equipped with a circulating cooling system. After cutting, the surface of the specimen is bright, smooth, and free from burns, making it an ideal device for specimen cutting.

Cutting Chamber Structure:

The cutting chamber adopts a closed structure, equipped with safety limit switches, and a transparent acrylic window for observation during cutting.

Sample holder:

The double-sided clamping structure firmly secures the specimen; the main components such as the clamp jaws and worktable surface are made of stainless steel, ensuring long service life and easy maintenance.
