Operating System:

It adopts an advanced microprocessor control system, enabling stepless speed regulation for the grinding and polishing disc and head, and making the sample preparation pressure and time settings intuitive and convenient.

Polishing System:

This machine only requires replacing the grinding/polishing disc, sandpaper, or fabric to complete the grinding and polishing processes. It features selectable rotation direction of the grinding/polishing disc, quick disc replacement, multi-sample holder, and pneumatic single-point loading functions.

Cooling system:

This machine is equipped with a water cooling device, which can cool the specimen during grinding and polishing to prevent damage to the metallographic structure caused by overheating, while also washing away abrasive particles in a timely manner.
