MITR-1100X-1L Micro Box Furnace uses resistance wire as the heating element, with a K-type thermocouple and a 30-segment programmable temperature controller. The drop-down door structure facilitates easy loading and unloading of samples. The furnace chamber is made of high-quality Japanese alumina microcrystalline fiber material, **capable of reaching a maximum temperature of 1100℃, with continuous operation at 1000℃, and a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. Power consumption is <500W, and it is equipped with a gas inlet interface for use with oxygen or inert gases. This furnace features a compact size, lightweight design, uniform temperature field, fast heating and cooling rates, and energy efficiency. Additionally, it can be placed inside a glovebox for sintering samples under vacuum or controlled atmosphere conditions. It is an ideal product for high-temperature sintering, metal annealing, and quality inspection in universities, research institutions, and industrial enterprises.
