I. Product Introduction
Dual-tank high-speed three-dimensional oscillation, suitable for grinding and mixing various materials, is a small-scale laboratory device for preparing ultrafine powders and nanomaterials. It offers advantages such as high efficiency, compact size, light weight, and low cost.
The MT-SQM-2 ball mill is suitable not only for grinding, mixing, and processing various materials but also for mechanical alloying. Powders or particles of several metals or non-metals are repeatedly mixed, crushed, and cold-welded during the high-energy ball milling process, gradually refined, and form alloy phase nuclei in the solid state. This enables the alloying of certain substances that were difficult to achieve with traditional smelting processes to be realized during the ball milling process.
