In various new fields of our company, this MAGPICKER™ is undergoing research and development to allow more people to experience its benefits.
By passing a liquid or slurry containing magnetic microparticles through a rotating strong magnetic drum, only the magnetic microparticles are adsorbed and discharged. Since the rubber roller has a dewatering mechanism before discharge, dry magnetic microparticles can be recovered.
It is also possible to utilize a dehydration mechanism in the concentration process of magnetic fine powder. Other solid-liquid separation and recovery devices offer advantages such as continuity (improving productivity) and concentration controllability (adjusting moisture content).
Using a high-magnetic-force magnetic drum of up to 9,000 Gauss, it is possible to reliably separate and recover liquids even from fine magnetic powders. At sites such as water treatment and soil washing, by mixing magnetic materials, sludge can be removed and pollutants can be recovered.
